  Kim came to our home yesterday after I missed a presentation at the Senior Citizens Center. She was able to renew my husband's plan to receive better benefits for 2023 and also for me. Medicare can be very confusing and she is very knowledgeable and was able to give me a better understanding of each plan and which would be best for us. I wouldn't ever advise anyone to try to navigate it on their own.
